Good location but not so good amenities
Bottom half of the window blinds were torn off. The host was told immediately but never got them repaired throughout our 4 day stay. The room had an unpleasant smell. A parking pass was not provided until a day later. Otherwise it was a good location with dining nearby. The unit was comfortable. Although I don’t think I would stay here again.

Great location just outside of downtown Nashville. Super clean and modern apartment. The building was overall quiet except for some construction in the area. The property owners were super communicative too. We would definitely stay there again.

Living room AC broken.
The central AC in the living room area was broken. The living room was very nice just was way too hot to sit and use. The bedroom had a window AC unit which was much needed to be comfortable while sleeping.

Great little apartment. However we couldn’t figure out the A/C and it got hot and muggy. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some ourselves.

Intrusive ID process and problems with property
The accommodation was okay and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, I spent several hours trying to sort out issues that CozySuites had with my ID. The strangest part being that they said my name didn't match the name of the payment card. Well yes, my payment card has my initials and surname which is very common, no? I was fairly annoyed when CozySuites advised they wouldn't be able to refund me if THEY didn't accept the card as is. The property was okay, although the bathroom mirror and towel rail were broken and just left on the floor. Cozy offered to fix but I was more annoyed they didn't tell me upfront so I didn't have to phone them again. As I went to leave I was checking through and realised the dishwasher, that I didn't use, was full of really stinky stagnant water. Would I stay here again? I don't think so.
