Awful hotel. I had to pay a third party parking service to park in the hotel parking lot. Uncomfortable bed, AC did not work properly, and the shower doesn’t work.

Tip my hat off to all staff, especially Mrs. Melanie at the front desk, Max our shuttle driver and Megan the site manager. Thank you for the accomodations and for being attentive. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and this hotel did the job as a place to stay before an early flight. The airport shuttle driver, whose name I didn't catch, has been working there for 15 years and was a delight. I appreciated the way the front desk attendant hid my room number from strangers standing nearby for extra security. I chose this hotel because a friend was staying there. Next time, I would probably seek out a comparable hotel that offers free continental breakfast if I had time to do more research.

The hotel is very convenient when traveling out of Nashville. On site parking while you travel at a reasonable price, much cheaper than the airport. Shuttles are available to and from the airport. We stay here every time we fly out of Nashville.
