It is ONLY right to start with the staff... There is not a single person who works at this hotel, from the bellmen to the concierge to the front desk to the cleaners to the repairmen, who are not EXCELLENT at what they do. Service and responsiveness from EVRYONE was outstanding. We had physical maintenance issues (bathtubs) that required us to move rooms twice over the course of a 3 night stay, which was inconvenient of course, but that was NOT the fault of anyone we came into contact with who worked for the Conrad, and they did EVERYTHING imaginable to make things as right as they could. Every guest staying at this hotel is made to feel like a VIP. It is what everyone should think of when they think 5-star.

A modern contemporary palace of serenity
Unfortunately, we only stayed one night for our daughter’s birthday. We arrived on 11/24 and checked out 11/25. The architecture of the building was definitely to our liking since we all love modern contemporary design! Upon arrival, valet was so accommodating and the check in process was seamless! The interiors were just as beautiful as the exterior!! The front desk was so very kind and accommodating!! Our daughter was literally moved to tears as she entered her corner room with a free standing soaking tub!! The rooms were literally like sleeping in cloud! So very ZEN!! Soothing color palette, tactile furnishings and calming energy!! We will definitely be back!!! May I also add that the upstairs bar, patio and hot coco bar were exceptionally appointed in regards to the staff, decor and energy!!! We eagerly await our next visit!!!
