Hotel is convenient to opry mills. Area is starting to get a little rundown. Looks like a few businesses shutdown during Covid. Nothing bad with the hotel it’s self. Room was just a little small and ice marker on the 1st floor is the only one that works.

You can tell that this was a really good area at one time. The room itself was clean. I agree with others the bathroom is tiny and in need of repair. The guy when we checked in was less than thrilled to help us. Zero customer service from him. Went to Grand Ole Opry got back in later and the shower doesn’t drain. Which is gross. Told the two at the desk in the am and it seemed they could care less. The breakfast was decent. Parking lot was tiny and hard for bigger vehicles to maneuver. The main thing is it was close to the GOO.

Overall it was a good stay/value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small. No counter space for any toiletries. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Elevator needed a good cleaning and had lots of broken tiles on the floor.

Nice hotel: Near everything.
Room smelled clean as soon as I walk in the door. Bed comfortable bathroom was too small though. Great location near plenty of restaurants plus Opry Mills shopping mall near by. TV didn’t have many channels to watch. There was way too many sport channels.
