room was in good condition, there breakfast was great with a fresh omelet station, staff is professional and helpful but seemed very short and not very Happy. I was woken up at like 2Am by a very loud truck sounded like maybe a garbage truck retrieving garbage dump dumpsters. It is not a very quiet hotel.

The breakfast was good, it was nice to have the omelette bar as a hot option. The staff kept our room clean and didn’t bother us much. It was also nice to be in walking distance to broadway. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well. All in all we were very pleased with the place.

Room was in a better condition than expected. However I was under the impression that it was a hotel. I had originally booked the room for a longer stay and some family issues arise and had to leave the next morning. When I checked out i was informed that I would be charged for a additional night and that I needed to call a number so I wouldn't be charged for the rest of the week. The number issued to me a UK based company which became a issue. I was told that I would receive a email from the front desk showing my departure and changes. Never received. Unfortunately I will be letting my credit card company deal with it. Another issue is that when I book a hotel/motel I shouldn't have to pay for parking. Expedia needs to be more open about the places that they deal with. It not only makes for bad reviews for the hotel but also for Expedia.
