Amazing house and host!!
Lovely home and host! We stayed 3 nights, and found the home very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Property is close to shopping and dining, and in close proximity to neighbors so you don't feel "alone". We had a fabulous time and will definitely come back next time we are in Nashville!

Great stay
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed the stay. The rental offered everything we needed. The king bed is very comfortable and we slept well, but it is next to busy road and traffic can be heard (we had a sound machine so this didn’t bother us). Amanda was accommodating with a check-out request we made. The location is nice and was perfect for us about 1/2 hr from many things (including Nashville). We will definitely use this rental again.

Excellent stay
First of all, we arrived in town early and Amanda was kind enough to allow us to go to the residence early. The house was immaculate and met all of our needs. One of my family members had a chance to meet our host and had only great things to say about the interaction. She also gave us permission to look at one other VRBO site that was on the same property and we were all impressed with the historical building that we could see coming back to one day. Thanks Amanda for helping to make my first trip to TN a great one.

A month in between
We stayed at Amanda’s house during the time in between our house closings for a month. It was comfortable and clean upon arrival and in a convenient location. A few things things to note for longer term rentals: communication was not very clear with how to put out the trash/when pick up was, rules were not clearly laid out, and there was a plumbing issue that the owner promptly responded to. However, based on previous guests who had out of town family stay at this property, we know the plumbing issue is not a new thing. Only having one toilet for three adults was a challenge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement for anyone staying a longer term.
