On the ground floor of Podere San Giovanni located in Narni you can find , the entrance from the garden is into a charming living room with sofas, fire place, and a, large dining room with 12 seats and a very attractive cooking area supplied with cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker; pantry with washing machine; one room with a single bed, a toilet.
On first floor, there are three twin bedded rooms which can be converted in double bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one of them has fire place and another one has bathroom en suite; two additional bathrooms. A door in the hall leads to a little terrace with a second entrance.
