THE SPACE:
Rājāsi Villa as name means “Fit for the Maharaja” you live royally and are treated as a Maharaja. Tastefully decorated Bed Rooms, The Peacock, Kingfisher and Koyal. The Living Room, Hansa, in Classical theme make you sink in Royal style. Villa overlooks Ganges meandering down Rishikesh. The Villa accommodates 6 adults and 3~4 children.

Surrounded by wonderful history and natural beauty it is a destination in itself and conveniently located to fit into a number of central Indian itineraries. It is surrounded by the mythological cities of Haridwar and Rishikesh and enveloped by the graceful Sal/ Silver Oak forests. BEDROOMS:
- There are 3 bedrooms, of which 1 is on the ground floor - 2 rooms including the master bedroom are on the first floor.
- All 3 bedrooms have heaters.
- Attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms whereas balconies are offered in 2 of the rooms.
- All bedrooms have a king size bed. Two bedrooms have a provision for an extra bedding as floor mattress.

BATHROOMS:
- There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common.
- Geysers, showers, towels and toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.
- The master bathroom has a hot water bath tub.

COMMON AREAS:
- The living room seats up to 10-12 people.
- It offers a large flat screen TV, music system and a bluetooth speaker.
- Board games, chess and carrom board and a well-stocked library are also available.
- There is a patio overlooking the Ganges valley in the front attached to the living room and big lawns at the back of the villa.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice.

KITCHEN:
- There is a fully functional kitchen in the villa.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.
- Though a private chef is available to prepare sumptuous meals of your choice, guests do have access to the kitchen.
- A complimentary breakfast is offered.
- For vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, a complete 3-course lunch is priced at INR1800.00 per person, per meal and dinner is priced at INR2500 per person, per meal.
- Snacks, beverages and desserts are served as per the menu.

COMMON AMENITIES:

GUEST ACCESS:
The guests have access to the entire Villa.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, kitchen and the outdoor areas for security purposes.
- There are 2 friendly dog residing in the premises of the same property for security purposes.
- Stags are not allowed at the property.
- WiFi is available, though it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/ Airtel/ Vodafone work fairly well here.
