New flooring, The lanai is screened, with table and chairs overlooking Vanderbilt Lagoon. Wifi, TV's (bedroom and living room) washer/dyer in residence, fully equipped kitchen with ice maker. Beach cooler, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach provided. Pool is roof top offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf! There are several restaurants within short distance of residence - Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton, Buzz's Lighthouse are just a few within walking distance. On maps you can review close by restaurants as there are many a short distance away. Grocery stores, Publix, Trader Joe's, Seed to Table and Whole Foods all minutes from residence. This is a gem in Naples. Naples is a growing vibrant community that is a very desired paradise oasis. With that there is always growth and building going on.

There is a new complex being built, Ritz Carlton Residences, in this area of Vanderbilt Beach. Roads are paved and new sidewalks and landscaping is in place. No construction is being done on this property. Streets are open so access is not an issue.
There maybe some construction noise during the day on week days and moving of construction equipment on the surrounding roadway. There is no construction on this property. We will provide any updates as we get them. If you have specific questions let us know.
