I made a reservation under the understanding that it was a pet friendly property when I called to make the reservation initially I was told that I could bring my pet with an emotional support letter afterwards I was told that only if my emotional support animal stayed with me at all times which is not the way it works After already having made the reservation, I had to find another means for my Animal. This was costly. To add on was placed in a disability room not sure why. My first night there were kids running up and down the halls screaming so I had a hard time falling asleep to add on. I could hear the neighbor next to me snoring so loudly at 3:40 in the morning. I called the front desk and they offered to change my room , so it almost 4 AM I was changing rooms. The only dining option is a very expensive steakhouse drink being almost $20. All in all the experience was one of the worst I’ve had in a long while at a hotel. I was not relaxed I did not feel calm and the options for food and drinks just didn’t really exist , the pool had no food or drink options and the restaurant was freezing to the point that it was uncomfortable
