The hotel is in a beautiful location. We did not receive a free shuttle to the airport or wifi (after requesting it 3 times). There was a private function just under where our room was that played loud music until midnight. Too bad their customer service was so bad this could have been an amazing hotel. I would never recommend anyone to book here.

Nice hotel. However, I was led to believe the hotel was close to the airport. It is at least 20 minutes from the airport. I did not realize this hotel was so far away from the city center of Naples. It costs €100-€120 take a taxi into Naples. This hotel does provide you a beautiful view of you with a beautiful view of the sea, including a beautiful view of the island of Capri.

The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The view was also excellent but the staff made all the difference. They were polite and over-the-top helpful. We have no reservations about recommending the hotel. We will use them again.

This property really doesn’t have an airport shuttle. You have to book it way in advance. It has limited hours. Taxis to the property charge double due to the distance and tioll booth. My room had a foul odor. The bed was not comfortable.
