Brand new 65" large screen TV in living area with comfortable seating for all. A gas BBQ grill is available on the lanai for your outdoor grilling pleasure.

The home has a king size bed in the master bedroom (with walk-in closet), queen size in the first guest room and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

You will have full use of Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes' beautiful amenity center, which includes a resort-style pool and spa with lap lanes, a resistance pool, covered lanai, cabanas, fire-it, fitness center, a movement room, a har-tru tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, and bocce ball court. Private and group pickleball and tennis lessons/clinics with pros available.
