We arrived on a Sunday when most business are closed. This hotel is in a building with other things so you have to buzz to get in. You have a flight of stairs to go up before an elevator to the fourth floor and then you go down two stairs and up 4 or 5 to get to the hotel. Staff was super friendly. The main attractions are within 15 minute walk/funicular ride. They play soft music in the main areas, feels like your at a spa!

This is a boutique hotel but it is far from Luxury
There are lots of stairs and a hot little tiny elevator. We had to ask multiple times for our air conditioning to be left on while we were out as it took a 3-4 hours after we returned to cool it down to 70 degrees & in the end the air conditioning leaked. It was a GREAT location and the staff was friendly and helpful but the floors were dirty, the breakfast was disappointing and the bed was very soft so u sink into it

It was a lovely property with big, comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to find- so definitely drop a pin on your phone if you go exploring the city. The airport transportation was great though and they found it no problem. The location was excellent for walking around the city. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Chiara at the desk spoke perfect English and was so helpful with walking tours, maps, culture, and restaurant suggestions. She is a gem!

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

Excellent location and great staff
We arrived late and the front desk stayed open late to accommodate us. They made sure our stay was perfect and communicated excellently for our two night stay. The location is great with food and bar options near by and a short walk to many of the tourist locations.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. However, despite being VIP members with Expedia, we did not receive any benefits. The bathroom had mold in the shower, the hotel was overpriced, the breakfast was poor, and there was no help with our suitcases—we had to carry them up two flights of stairs at 11 pm. Not sure if we would recommend this place.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are lovely and surprisingly quiet. The location is perfect. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. A warm welcome to Napoli!

Fascinating spot at the heart of the old city
We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport after a week on the Amalfi Coast. It is an excellent base to explore the historic heart of Napoli, set as it is on the 4th floor of an old building in the gritty Centro Storico. The accommodation is a welcome surprise and the welcome from Chiara was warm and informative. She organised a transfer to the airport for us the next morning which worked well. As our stay was short we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast or to use the sauna in our room. Unfortunately the sauna could not be used once reception closes at 9 pm. This was our only disappointment with our stay as it meant we did not get full value for the room. Accessing the building involves many steps to get to the elevator so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. But for those wanting a luxurious but authentic experience in this fascinating city it is a great base.

An oasis of comfort
My stay at the Artemisia Domus in Naples exceeded all of my expectations. This hidden gem is warm, welcoming and stylishly appointed. Sara provided outstanding support and concierge services and our room was comfortable and luxurious. Thank you for making my visit to Naples so memorable!
