This is our modern family home and you will have exclusive use of the two beautifully furnished bedrooms each with a Queen bed and a large, modern family bathroom.There a large open-plan kitchen, dining room, family room, and a separate lounge. The home is comfortable and furnished with Sky TV in the family room, a smart T.V. in the lounge, a heat pump, double glazing, HRV, and unlimited WIFI. It opens onto a sunny private patio with large sliding doors from the family room and the lounge. It is in a new subdivision in Te Awa, and you can walk to Napier Boys High School, the aquarium, Maraenui Golf Course, and a longer walk into town. It is also near magnificent cycle tracks and a short drive to our beautiful vineyards. In the garage, you will find a washing machine and clothes drier. The house has good indoor and outdoor flow from the lounge and family room. It is north-facing, sunny, private, and fully fenced. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday all on one level. The house is professionally cleaned between tenants.
There is room to park a car with internal access from the garage.

Napier retreat
A lovely home away from home. Close proximity to one of the local golf courses. Excellent communication with the owner. A relaxing retreat that is reasonably close to everything that you might be interested in doing while you are on holiday.
