Great little place to stay in Napier for a couple of nights. Our room was very tidy and quiet. It is an easy walk into town and to the beach front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure onsite parking is a bonus, although the access is tight for larger vehicles.

Clean,comfy and easy access to city. Very friendly and polite staff. Parking is a issue as limited spaces with respect to hotel rooms are available(found it the hard way after arriving and first night had to park in street overnight). Second night got a parking spot access via a vehicle lift.

Excellent location, facilities, and staff. Modern facilities (albeit could do with the odd bit of maintenance) with a good shower, kitchenette, and comfy bed. AC, quiet, and opening window was a bonus for fresh air. Limited underground paid parking—but plenty of parking next to the building (also paid but not undercover). Within a short walking distance to supermarket, eateries & chain takeaways.

The property looked great inside and outside. The only problem was my daughter and I were visiting as she competing in a Opera Competition over Easter weekend and she needs to warm her voice up before the competition and was mindful people were booked in other apartments on both sides of then so she didn't want to warm up her voice too loud or she might annoy the other people in apartments. Next time if using your apartments again, might ask you to put us in a end or corner apartment, so my daughter would not feel she was annoying too many people in other apartments while warming up her voice for a competition. Thank you.

The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available.

One of the nicer places I stayed in NZ, well equipped kitchen, comfortable room. Big supermarket nearby. Easily walkable to the sights of Napier and to the bus terminal. Nice building although the internal layout is a bit confusing.

Comfortable stay
Spent 3 comfortable nights at Quest apartments. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having kitchen amenities. Location is very handy and close to a range of restaurants. Easy walk to the waterfront.
