The Andaz has gone down in service over past few the years, and we felt almost as though we were inconveniencing the staff, but our last trip in Oct 2024 was a change for the better. There is a new operations person - or at least new to us - Molly that made our stay outstanding. Molly was personable, engaging and professional. Molly is certainly someone we would love to see again during our business next trip.

Love this hotel! It’s super clean and in a great location in Downtown Napa. You can easily walk to all the tasting rooms and restaurants close by. This is my go-to place when visiting Napa and I highly recommend it!
