This hotel is noisy! Not outside noise, but inside. We could hear everything in the hall/adjacent rooms. Was lovey at 4:30am when the room above us headed their elephants (assuming they were packing to make a ferry) There was also no seat in the room, only the bed to sit on.

Amazing staff, they always greet and smile when they see you. Especially Andy and Toni! We had an unpleasant incident in our room and Andy took efforts to get us setup into a different room. It was not convenient with our little one at a late night, but he did what he can with what could find that night. The next morning when we checked out, Toni apologized for what happened and ensured that we would be compensated for the situation. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Parksville.

Great location, perfect for families who want to enjoy free mini golfing -across the street compliments if the hotel. The rooms were super clean, and beds were. Erycomfy. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Loved the location. Directly across street from Mini-Golf park and ocean beach. Lots of parking available. Convenient location for activities up and down the coast outside of Victoria. Staff was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. The lounge was an added bonus. Loved the seating area and coffee machine.

This was a hotel room that was clean with a great staff. We were facing the road and for the most part it was quiet except for emergency vehicles and loud motor cycles.

Due to ferry issues, arrived at midnight and received one of the two last rooms: a very small corner room with tight corners on the second floor by the elevator. There was no tissue paper, the comforter was stained, and the AC sounded like a food processor. But the very friendly front desk staff are literally holding things together and, with their help, we had a nice night's stay.
