The staff were super friendly and helpful. The AC worked well and although the gym was small it had what I needed. They are doing a great job making it look new but it still has some old ‘smoke/stale’ smell.

This property shouldn't be on Expedia the hotel is nothing like their pictures. It looked abandoned we paid for the night because we had to however we wouldn't stay there we took the loss and left drove to Nanaimo and stayed there. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Unenjoyable stay
Room was not very clean. Our tv never worked the hole time we were there 2 days. Only had 2 towels for me and my spouse. The breakfast was not available. No we will not be staying there again.

Pricey for what it is but expected due to location (proximity to Tofino/Ucluelet). Old building but kept up as best they can I’m sure. Ceiling above the shower had been patched poorly with peeling paint, but good water pressure. Pool is in an outdoor air building so is chilly. Hot tub water looked like cloudy dirty bath water.

The inside of the hotel is fully renovated. Nice room and the pool area is nice and private with outdoor covered facility with privacy glass. The location is a bit scratchy but I felt safe. Close to all dinning and shops.
