Ultimately, this place was adequate for our one night stay, but overall the hotel was kind of crummy. Not clean, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, run-down property, inconvenient and unpleasant access to pool, breakfast, ice, etc. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but definitely sub-par and not recommended.

We arrived early and even though our room wasn't ready, yet, the front desk clerk was happy to put our bags in a secure storage area, for us (we were traveling by motorcycle and didn't want to leave our bags unlocked, when we went to the Malahat Skywalk). She was very pleasant and friendly, as were all of the staff that we encountered. We will be back!

The room itself was average but above average for the price point. The facility was clean and our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food upstairs at Ricky’s was above average for the Franchise itself and the restaurant was clean with good service. A great well rounded cost effective place to stay when travelling with children.

Satyed an evening at this hotel on a trip to Vancouver Island. Hotel was conveniently located on highway and had a pool which we enjoyed Room was nice and clean and had a decent continental breakfast.
