Quality-control of guests behaviour, for the quiet enjoyment of others. The noise coming from another room on the 4th floor bordered on being verbal and/or physical assault. I was on the verge of calling the police, not from the noise disruption, but for genuine fear of another guest's safety.

Lovely hotel. The only issue was it does have a bit of a musty smell. But everything is lovely and cozy. Parking is a bit difficult too, being downtown.
