Early check ins at no fee. I love their complimentary pick up at the airport and how welcoming and friendly the staff are. Anytime i trransit in Nairobi, I will stay here. The place place too is very safe and shopping can be done in the mall downstairs.

The room had no hot water which we did tell reception. And nothing was done about it. Breakfast was average and we also felt like we were being rushed out even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The room service was very good, our dinner was brought to us in a timely fashion and food was good. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a decent stay for one night.
