Coastal Dunes 1 is one of four homes in the OBX Coastal Dunes cottage court. Each home ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and shares a central court with direct access to the beach. This oceanfront cottage court is ideal for larger groups looking for separate spaces next to one another. Family and friends can rent the adjacent cottages, so everyone can vacation together while having their private retreat. If you're planning or attending a wedding or event at Keeper's Galley, the Coastal Dunes cottage court offers the perfect guest accommodations - just a three-minute walk from the venue.

★ PLEASE NOTE
No washer/dryer or dishwasher. Parking for this home is on the sand, and a 4-wheel drive is required. Because space for parking is limited, only ONE vehicle per cottage is permitted.

★ BOOKING GUIDELINES
We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 must sign a Rental Agreement governing the terms of the stay.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and it's contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION
We value our guests’ health, safety, and well-being. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
