The room is large. However it is old. I didn't have the hot springs and breakfast. For the price, it may be fine. I think the location is good. Trams and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Good location in Chinatown, very near the tram stop, near where the airport bus stops too. Has convenience store right below it. Food options in Chinatown which are a stone's throw away. Public bath is normal, nothing special. Free soy sauce ramen at night - quite plain, nothing special but fills you up still. Free ice cream daily.

Walkable distance to central shopping district & restaurant spots. Convenience store is just downstairs if you need. Multiple parking lots nearby, at charge. Clean room with decent amenities. Onsen is indoor only (with sauna) & can be quite packed around after-dinner hours, but the experience and late night noodles are enjoyable as always with Dormy properties.

Overall a really good place to stay at, comfortable and clean, central location right next to China Town and Dewa Jima, plenty of food and shopping in area. Onsen in the hotel which is cool but we couldn't use as we have tattoos (common Onsen practice in Japan unfortunately), staff were efficient and pleasant. Only thing that wasn't great was the wifi, it didn't work very well.
