From the moment we were greeted by the genuinely warm welcoming staff at the passenger waiting area, the deck, and the front desk and all throughout our 3 days 2 nights stay here, we have experienced the real "Omotenashi"here. Every moment of our stay here was just perfect!! Nice and Modern rooms on the new building only, Staff forgot my private bath booking, and housekeeping didn't clean my room, but I was upgraded to a larger room cuz of that, Meals was disappointed for its price

立地、料理は素晴らしいですが・・・
家内と熊野三山詣での折に利用しました。HPも見て、静かな雰囲気と丁寧な料理を期待して選びました。立地、料理、温泉は素晴らしいと思います。 しかし、利用した当日はお世辞にも品があるとは言えない団体客がおり、食事中も大きな声で騒がしく私達2人の会話も聞こえません。何か安い居酒屋チェーン店で食事をしている感じでした。頭に風呂で使ったタオルを乗せ、鉢巻きにしたまま大きな声と笑い声で食事をされていましたので、料理の味も覚えていない位です。せめて、団体客を別会場、別時間にするなどの対応をして欲しいですね。食後、静かなラウンジで過ごしていても、また団体客がやってきて騒がしくなり、こちらは退散。外国人観光客も顔を歪めていましたね。 たまたま運が悪い日に当たったのかも知れませんが、団体客のマネジメントを考えて頂きたいと思います。
