The location of the property is convenient. Good restaurants nearby. That is the best part. Hot water was working. However the hotel is not good on cleanliness. The linen was dirty. I mean really dirty. The fan was not working. The bathroom was smelly. They did spray with room freshner after we complained.

nice hotel away from city area.

Aishwarya suit is nice hotel, located at Highway circle away from city area. Rooms are very small, There is hardly any place to move around bed. Hotel Doesn't have restaurant. But There are eateries near hotel. Hotel staff and reception is excellent especially Mr.CFAN RAJ at reception is very cooperative.

Worst service provided by hotels.com

Worst service provided by both hotels.com and Aishwarya suites. When I book the room on 18th May, 2 rooms were confirmed and I got all the details. During check-in, they said, only 1 room was confirmed and the additional room was not available. I tried to hotel.com customer care for re-location request and they were not able to solve this issue after spending 2 hrs. My entire first day was gone due to this issue.

Mysore - a cool city

Although on rode side, the hotel rooms are comfortable and relatively noise free. The situation of the hotel is great - very near to prominent places like railway station and bust station. The reception staff is very much helpful and guided us promptly. Mysore is a good place to visit.
