Unit has WIFI and Smart TVs with Roku in bedroom and living room, over 500 channels, a safe, brand new couch/sleeper sofa with Queen gel memory foam mattress, dining table to enjoy meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot (cone filters), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryer. King bedroom suite - and oh that bedroom! Very elegant and a true getaway. Storage under the bed for your large luggage pieces so you can unpack and settle in.

Custom granite bar area IN the condo - with barstools, glasses, ice bucket, wine opener, Bose speaker for music. This is a real date place for a romantic getaway.

Walking distance to many dining options and main attractions. Just blocks from the main Boardwalk. Perfect location to be close to the activity BUT far enough away to be peaceful. Only 4 condos per floor, quiet and more private than most. See Broadway at the Beach fireworks from the front balcony and the pier fireworks from the ocean front balcony during the peak seasons.

No smoking and no pets allowed on premises. Immediate eviction and $500 fine if smoking occurs.

Pest control comes the 2nd Tuesday of every month, please let them in when they knock, takes just a few min.

One parking pass included on the fridge. Display in your vehicle while using parking garage, return to fridge before leaving. $20 fine if not returned. No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts per HOA rules.
