The check in process was simple. Room was clean. They may want to update couch the sitting wasn’t very comfortable. Overall everything else was great other than the my sleep being disturbed on my departure day woke by banging from a security guard

My son and I went to the hot tub then later that afternoon the pool guy was talking to my husband and goes on to say people have sex in our hot tubs. We couldn’t believe that you would come up to someone and say something like that. We will not be using the hot tub again

I wasn’t pleased with the attitude of the checking me in. Rather rude to be honest. The room was fair compared to past experiences. Every single table lamp was twisted, or leaning badly. The ceiling fan in the bedroom would not shut off completely and the one in the LR was looking as if it was about to fall from the ceiling. NO instructions were provided to operate the LR television. The front desk was of little use.
