Loved the birthday surprise. The breakfast was hot n plentiful. All the staff was so awesome i gifted a bakery surprise before departure. Room was ok, loved the tall chairs but hairdryer was missing, couch smelled very musty and kitchen lacked items we needed. The internet was in n out alot even on balcony, water pressure in shower was very low n hot water took forever to come on. It was overall a good experience, would love a hammock in the grassy area but hot tub gave me life so thank you. My kids enjoyed it too

Parking is not suv friendly. Very tight fit. The rooms 1525 lacked eatery and no rails on the fridge/freezer doors. Sand all on the floors and black mold on curtains. I have images if needed.

The stay was great. Room was clean and hotel staff were friendly and very nice. The only thing that I would say that needs improvement was fixing a few things. The Handel to the balcony was broke but still usable and the tub needed some repairs. Would definitely give a 9 out of 10. And yes I would stay there again.

The staff were fantastic! Check-in, housekeeping, maintenance, snack bar, everyone was friendly and attentive. The pool areas were beautiful, there was staff walking around for clean-up and security throughout the day. The only downside was the rooms were quite worn and there were multiple small maintenance issues we had (like a broken door, burnt out light, etc.) but these issues were fixed quickly.

We used to stay here regularly but this is the first time we’ve been in years. It’s completely rundown and the room was filthy. There was hair and filth in the shower and sand in all of the beds and the furniture looked like it may have been there since the opening. Please don’t waste your money. I touched it out for one night but left thereafter.

I like how close to the beach it was and the view of the beach from our suite. I didn’t like the staff’s appearance and the way they handled breakfast and all the facilities are outdated.

We had to have them come mop the floor again and clean hair out of the bathroom sink once we checked in. Over all cleanliness is a 4/5. Housekeeping took the trash and brought fresh towels, trash bags and toiletries daily. This place is definitely older but all the staff were super pleasant and friendly. The pools were some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a resort. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Mostly eggs bacon or sausage and home fries. Grits, oatmeal and cereal were also offered. The elevators were slow especially if it was checkout time. Over all we would rate this place 7/10 but would definitely stay again. It’s a great place for a family stay.

The hotel could be nice but the room was dirty behind the Murphy bed, tvs didn’t work even after calls to staff. Water damage on bathroom doors. Overall best thing about the room was the view and the breakfast staff
