Great location. Walkable to Barefoot Landing. Everything looked clean on the surface but if you look closer, the carpet and ottoman were stained and the shower had red stains in the caulk around the base. Also, hairs on the shower wall. Great shower pressure, too much sink pressure causing you to splash yourself every time. It needs more storage space and shelving in the bathroom areas. Very friendly front desk.

Room was great. Stay was great. Was concerned when i got there because it was almost 3 am and my rooms door was propped open, tv on, patio door was not locked. We went and got assistance from the front desk. I was extremely nervous to enter the room at 3 am when the door was my closed. He came up, right away even my husband went to the desk. He checked the room with us. Said house keeping left it open. I was still concerned. Never heard house keeping leaving a door open and tv on. They have always been locked and had to use room key to open the door.

Wonderful place
Quick and wonderful check in, they were absolutely on point with accommodating my service dog without any hassle. The only down points was the room had a hard time cooling down and the starbucks limiting hours.

I made my reservation on Hotels.com, which offered a breakfast deal for $10 per night which I checked, and I thought it increased the price per night by that amount — in any case when I checked in, and asked about the breakfast, it was not on the reservation… so I advise you to not check the breakfast box. The room was okay— the bed was comfortable but the rug wasn’t very clean. I lost track of my eye drops and thought they might have fallen off the night stand, so I looked under the bed and felt nauseous; it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in at least a year. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. Front desk folks are smart and very friendly/ helpful. Susan, who works in the restaurant area, was absolutely wonderful. Sorry for the meh review, Marriot, but please try to do better.
