The only reason 2 starts was for the 8 ft pool that my kids were happy about. The rooms are so smelly, outdated, moldy and just dirty everywhere. It needs some deep cleaning!!! Our bathroom door didn't close all the way and the sofa bed was so nasty and dirty mattress and the foam topper was ripped and in holes just falling apart!!

Great stay for a family vacay!
Great experience overall. Beds are comfortable, plenty of room in the 2 bedroom condos, seating is abundant, games available for kids in the cabinets (I’m sure this varies with which condo you stay in), beautiful view from the room, staff are all nice and helpful. Only issue was they kind of rush to check out but I know they are busy. Lazy river back open as of 8/21! All pools available and were well kept. Maintenance crews even nice! Wonderful weather this time and an all around good experience.

From the outside looks great. 20yrs ago it was probably really nice, but now it just seems to have not been maintained at all. Kind of dumpy! Broken shower, broken deck door, standing pools of water everywhere in the outdoor hallways. No ice machine available, but you can buy ice for $4? Come on!

Be afraid, be very afraid!!!
Of all the places we have traveled to, this place was by far the worst. Rundown, dirty, poor inattentive personel, trashy accommodations, on and on. How this place operates is beyond us. Worn out furnite, tv not working water on carpet fron ran, mold in vents, graffiti on the inner bathreeom door!! Appalled...Oh, did i say they lost a delivered packed to me and it didnt matter or care. Boxes left on a counter for anyone to take. No help in the cafe....

Property is well maintained. Rooms are nice. There's no maid service during your stay, which is frustrating when you run out of toilet paper or dishwasher soap. You have to buy laundry soap to wash your towels yourself. At least there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Rooms aren't cleaned very well. I had to move an end table when something spilled and you could tell it had never been moved or cleaned under. It's not the worst place though and is mostly clean. Was glad the balconies were back open for our visit.

Loved the clean beaches and all the access for Pools. Everything opens at 8am and doesn’t close until 11 pm and that worked out really well for our family.

Well we were in 1510. Walked in could smell the mold/ mildew.. i went to the store and cleaned (could see the mold above the bed.. also scrubbed out the bathroom) and had to buy air fresher to fight the smell.. the view was amazing! The staff was not too bad for the most part (im sure with the added rain they had cranky customers) but when we went to leave was what got me.. was gonna drop the keys in express but the lady at the desk decided to take them. With an attitude says i dont need the paper (news flash i dont either and it had the room number on it) then with the same attitude proceeded to ask me what the room number was (duh its on the paper that btw made me walk over and throw away.. she couldnt have taken it, which had the number on it, then threw it away... apparently above her pay grade)

Property was great. Rooms are awesome size and well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. Perfect location…right on the beach and amazing shopping and dining just 1/4 mile. I would absolutely stay here again.

The beach and pool area was beautiful, but the building and our room were very run down and as the days went on, the doorways and floors etc just got dirtier and dirtier. Seemed understaffed because no one cleaned the glass doors etc. We ended up leaving a day early because we came a long way and wanted to feel like we were staying in a clean, comfortable place.However, the beach was gorgeous and the area surrounding was great.
