It's a new hotel and very nice, 1st time staying at a Hyatt Place, staff very warm ,professional, lobby nice, unique setting with bar and snacks,nice furnishings. Will look for this chain in the future.

The shower water pressure was excellent. The two bed suite with pull out bed seating area was spacious. It was the nicest hotel experience for average income people. The continental breakfast had rotating selections of good quality/tasting bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, waffles, french toast, hash brown patties, scrambled eggs and country fried potatoes. It also included the standard fare cereals, oatmeal, breads, milk, juices. The air conditioner was arctic cold but controllable by the thermostat. The only downside is it is located near the railroad tracks. Although the windows and walls are well sound deadened, you can still hear the train horn (our room faced the tracks). The final room rate charged was $200 less than I expected from the listed booking price for our four night stay. I would book a room from this hotel again.

Very clean..not often do I find a hotel to my standard as far as cleanliness and being up to date ...most hotels are "surface clean" ...with this one you can tell they clean in between nooks and crannies and underneath furniture (places that most people won't think you'll look)

We stayed overnight to attend my high school reunion. The hotel was perfect. It was clean and quiet and a close enough drive to the reunion. The breakfast in the morning was great too. Beds were comfortable.

The water smelled like eggs and the place was unclean I booked a 2 night stay for my wife to get away and had to book a hotel elsewhere for the 2nd night she had to go out of her way to buy candles to get rid of the horrible smell in her room absolutely would never stay here again
