Ganz neue eröffnetes, modernes Hotel. Das Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Tram-Haltestelle Richtung Innenstadt. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich.

Die Unterkunft ist noch neu und das merkt man auch in mancherlei Hinsicht. Für mich ist das aber eher positiv, da nichts Gravierendes fehlte oder so. Beispiel ist ein noch nicht funktionierender TV. Das passiert aber auch in älteren Hotels und ist für 2 Nächte überhaupt kein Problem. Zumal das Wlan einwandfrei funktioniert hat ;) Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und das finde ich viel wichtiger. Insofern: Weiter so und dann kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Room and building is really nice! Beds are comfortable. Service and communication were bad. We came to check in and the man at the desk couldn’t speak a word of English, it made every encounter (e-mailing them ahead of time, checking in, checking out, getting a taxi) extremely hard and made him (and us) very frustrated. We were very surprised by this. But our stay itself was fine, room was good.

Camera spaziosa, con anche tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi da mangiare. In stanza però ho trovato una maglietta (usata) e una bottiglietta vuota che suppongo non facessero parte dell'arredamento. Struttura situata in una zona residenziale con un paio di supermercati nelle vicinanze ma senza ristoranti e caffè.
