The hotel was located close to Octoberfest events. The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was very plain and was similar to a norm room. Beds were comfortable. We did not spend too much time in the room.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet
Zimmer sind relativ ringhörig, aber es gab bei unserem Aufenthalt auch viele Kinder, die im Gang rumgerannt sind. Gute Lage (in kurzer Fussdistanz zum zentralen Busbahnhof).

On tram line to train station and downtown tourist areas. Lots of eateries around. Nice crowd and nice facilities. The only thing to note is that it is in the "unwelt zone" so your non-local rental car are technically not allowed in the area. That's why we arrived late in the night and just locked the car in its garage for 3 days at EUR12.5 per night. Other than this, the only nit-pik is that there is only one washer and dryer while there are hundreds of guest rooms!

Good location and value for family of 5. Could use a detail cleaning, but nothing super gross. Beds comfortable. Breakfast made it easy to start the day. Friendly staff. Big compliment to the guy who figured out how to get our car out of a locked parking lot so we could head to airport. Complete above and beyond help. THANK YOU.

Great little hotel
Great location not far from the main station and good tram links with the number 19 stopping nearby. Basic and clean. They have a nice continental breakfast to set you up for the day and a brewery pub faces the hotel.

Reception staff was a huge plus, each and everyone was very pleasing😊👍 Here are some other observations; There is only one elevator and very small. Guest kitchen was not as clean as expected. The room was not cleaned properly despite the sign we put up to clean. That been said, the coutesy and pleasant mannerisms of the reception staff needs a special mention once again😀👍

My family and I (2 adults and 4 children) had an ensuite room with two bunk beds and two single beds for a week in October. The room itself was spacious, clean and met all our needs. Matresses are quite slim, which was ok for everyone else, but I found them a little uncomfortable after a few days. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a shared kitchen on the first floor. The hotel is only a few minutes tram ride from the central station and is situated on a main road into the city. This is a positive and a negative, as on Fridays and Saturday nights there is extra road noise. This can be mitigated by shutting the Windows, but with six people in a room the windows needed to be open for cool air. Overall this is a great hotel with nearby access to Lidl and the Augustiner Brewery/restaurant which serves lovely food and great beer in a traditional German environment. I definitely recommend and would stay there again. Danke.

- Central Location, easy to take public transport. - With private car park, cost €12.5 per day is acceptable. - We rent a 6 person room with private bath and toilet which is convenient for a group of 5 elderly men. —————— - Only 1 lift for the entire property, the waiting time is usually long and congested. - At the end of Oktoberfest, there’s a lot of travelers and the reception area seems to be too crowded.

Located well within the reach of public transport train/tram , walking distance to central station . Staff at the reception was nice & friendly, not great room but okay and so was the breakfast. prefer larger table with few chairs & kettle in the room, specially if you come with children
