Smallest rooms for the price point.
Of 9 hotels in Germany/Austria this was my least favorite. The room was the smallest by a mile with no place to unpack except on top of the bed. An afterthought tiny table mostly occupied by hotel clutter 8cm from the corner of the bed left my shins bruised and cut. The shower tub was raised and super awkward/dangerous to get out of for my short and nearsighted wife, while the sink had very little space for cosmetics and toiletries. The ventilation failed to unfog the mirror, and the hvac struggled to cool the room. The headboard was poorly attached to the wall and thumped and creaked loudly making it a poor suit for couples. With more thoughtful usage of space and a complete bathroom remodel the room size could be fine, but no thought was put into making the room efficient or enjoyable, I'm fine with a "microtel" but this was an example of what not-to-do. Overall the hotel location was convenient and walkable, the bar in the lobby was a highlight.

Great hotel in Central Munich
Fantastic hotel in central Munich. Online self check in and out was incredibly efficient. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. Very convenient to shopping, tourist attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. We took two rooms as part of a family trip. We upgraded one room to a larger size with coffee machine and refrigerator. The other room was significantly smaller. Both were spotless. We managed to fit a luggage rack in the smaller room that made things more convenient but there was not much extra space. The staff were all very nice and the women at the front desk that assisted us, Yana, was most helpful and spoke perfect English, which made things very easy. Finally, breakfast was excellent with a very nice selection and eggs to order. The pancakes, served with real maple syrup, were outstanding. In short, highly recommended with siggestion to take larger tooms-if space is important to you.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Stayed in 205 sq m room and it was a nice size. Room was quiet and comfy.

Das hotel war gut. Die Zimmer war sauber, aber ziemlich klein. Die Nachbarschaft war gut. In der Nähe von die U-Bahn Station and mann kann zu vielen Plätze gehen. Ein grosses Zimmer würde es 5 Stern machen.

Room ("comfy" sized) was extremely tiny for the price. Adequate for 1 person only, not a couple. Hotel was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.Location was phenomenal. Loved the Rewe grocery store downstairs. Staff was polite & professional. AC worked well.Bathroom did not have a fan and you can hear everything going on in bathroom in the sleeping area. Hair dryer had a broken attachment; room lacked a closet: needs more shelving; wished it had a refrigerator; no vending machines with soft drinks & no stores were open after 9 pm. Shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. No wash cloths provided.

Great position in the centre of the tourist area. Shops, bars, restaurants and public transport a stones throw away but very quiet in the small but well designed and sound proofed room. Breakfast good. Cool on site cocktail bar. Would recommend.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. area was very convenient and central. Close to stations, tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants. The bar in the hotel was good as well, beautiful ambience and good music.

The staff and manager on duty were not friendly and not accommodating or understanding of the circumstances we found ourselves in. Please be aware that if there is any event in the city centre when the roads are blocked you won’t be access this hotel by car, There was an event the day we booked the hotel for one night stay and the roads were blocked by Police all around the hotel. You CANNOT access this location if any such event takes place. If there is another way to this hotel the staff most certainly did not take the time to inform us. We ended up not staying at this hotel and I definitely will never again after such frosty welcome during my phone conversation with front desk.
