I have stayed at this hotel at least two or three times. The reception and serving staff are really outstanding. Extremely efficient helpful, welcoming and friendly. My only disappointment was the housekeeping, it was not up to the usual standard. For example the shower, basin and surrounding areas were not cleaned each day, nor were waste bins emptied, or floors

We loved the location of the Living Hotel right across from the market!! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and the staff was amazing. Road are a bit tight but quiet and comfortable!

Love it!
This was our third stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic—across the street from the Viktualienmarkt and a five minute walk to Marienplatz, where almost all S and U Bahn connections are. We will stay here again!

The location is great! Close to all we wanted to see and especially the market, that was right out the door of the hotel. The room I thought we booked, wasn’t exactly resembling the one we were given. Smaller bathroom, one sink instead of two etc,, I think the photo on the website was misleading. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The entire staff, but especially the evening staff, were exceptionally good. Helpful and fun! The hotel is located very close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Front Desk was non existent at check in, room smelled like a litter box, zero house keeping. Only thing this place has going for it is the location…love the location but folks who run this joint may Jesus

Nice staff and super helpful. Perfect location by the old town and outdoor market. You can easily walk to all the must see sites in old Munich and many restaurants and bars are close by. Breakfast is as nice with a small selection of foods and terrific lattes and cappuccinos. AC in the room was very weak and could not keep up with the hot summer weather.

I like this hotel. My junior suite on the 6th floor was really lovely. However the electronic controls were somewhat confusing and some panels did not work. The cleaning was ok but not spotless. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location. 6 night stay. A/C not working. Room exceedingly hot. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was small with unmarked elevation changes. Cleaning crew was understaffed. Breakfast was ok. Mismanaged. A few caring staff. The vast majority were rude and dismissive.

Clean, modern, excellent location.
My daughter and I had a 4 night stay in this lovely hotel. The welcome in reception was good, especially after a delayed flight. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable with a sitting area and more mirrors than anyone could possibly need! The bathroom was very clean, the shower was effective and didn't result in wet floors and towels every time it was used. The free mini- bar was excellent; water (replenished daily), juice, coke and beer. Extra touches like fruit and sweets in the room on arrival was lovely. Probably our only issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem very efficient. The room was very sound proof - despite being right next to the lift, we heard nothing from this or other rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent; our view was over the Viktualienmarkt and this is so close to Marienplatz and excellent shopping and so many places to visit. If we are ever in Munich again, I will certainly be staying here again.
