Such a creative and fun hotel! Walkable to so many sites in the city! Rustam, the manager, was engaging and fun always with recommendations for where to check out next! The lobby bar and breakfast were great places to start and end the day! So much thought went into the aesthetic of this hotel, including the “gondola” decor in the elevator that looked like the real deal while you rode up and down. It had a casual yet fun vibe, we would definitely stay here again!

The cosy room was fine for 1 night. It’s very convenient for the main station. When checking in, an entitled guest interrupted and demanded to be seen to. Rather than point out he was dealing with my check in, the staff member, without a word of apology, tried to deal with us both. He ended up getting my check in wrong, saying I hadn’t got breakfast when in fact I had selected and paid for breakfast. Another member of staff corrected him. It wasn’t the best first impression. But the stay overall was fine for the one night.

If you're going to Oktoberfest, the location can't be beat! The bar was also lively and a good place to unwind after a long day. The theme of the hotel is also very unique. My only criticism is that everything felt very cramped.

Great hotel for Oktoberfest! We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! A quick 10 minute walk to the grounds, and easy access to shops and train. Rooms kept pretty quiet despite the city-wide party! Staff were 10/10 friendly
