This 120 year old home has some vintage mixed with lots of new updates. The home has been painted inside, along with new flooring and an updated kitchen. The laundry area has been newly updated making the space easier to access the home from the back and do any laundry that is needed. Each of the 2 bedrooms come with a queen sized bed and storage closet. The home has a couch, chair, TV and super fun game table, solitaire anyone? Keyless entry makes accessing the home easy. The Suite Retreat is nestled near downtown Muncie, Ball state university and Ball hospital. If you live an active lifestyle the Suite Retreat is a block from the White river and walking trail.

Nice little cottage
This VRBO was a nice little house, 2 bedrooms, one bath. It has been remodeled and very clean. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.
