Four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The two bathrooms upstairs offer a shower; the toilet is separate on the ground floor. There is also a reading room with books on the ground floor. The beach and numerous restaurants are only two minutes from the property. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes from the villa. It is only 2 km to the beach. Las Canteras Beach (15 minutes) is definitely worth a visit. It is 15 minutes by car to Las Palmas de Gran Canary. There are numerous hiking trails in the area.
