"En route to our stay, Sherri called us with an option to upgrade to her duplex in Normandy Heights. I was worried it wouldn’t be as quiet as the place we originally signed up for (which is where this review will end up, so I have no feedback on that one). But on arrival my mind was immediately put at ease. Very quiet neighborhood and great location! This new place was a much bigger and remodeled 1BR 1BA, with many new features. The layout was a little bit awkward, and the bed was just ok, but on the whole the replacement stay was closer to our destination (Caltech) and perfect for our weekend in Pasadena."

"Lovely, old home with lots of upgrades, comfortable furnishings, beds and linens. Beautiful fenced back yard is woodsy and quiet with large shade trees and a nice deck and large table where we ate with friends. High end appliances and well supplied kitchen made meal prep easy. Host Kate was responsive to questions and caretaker Katie who lives near the rental was also helpful and friendly. "
