When I arrived I was caught off guard by the extra charges, which almost tripled the cost of the room. The young lady who checked me in, was only able to throw out numbers for charges and telling she could not 'do about that' instead of stepping back and give me an overall picture of what I was being charged and why, and / or explaining to me my options were, having only limited funds for the weekend. As well, their facility appears to be seconding as a homeless facility judging by the half dressed clientele. Generally the workers were non-existent and there was trash on the floors, and counters that were not wiped down.

My room had a good bed, pillows, but the blanket was very thin, and there were no extras to add onto it, but I was able to raise the heat in the room and I got a good night's sleep. My stay was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting in the room was poor, the outlet nearest the bed was broken so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was some red hair left in the bathroom sink and counter but aside from that the room was very clean. Breakfast was minimal, no eggs, no fruit, only bread, dry cereal, and packets of instant maple oatmeal.
