Welcome to "SeaJoy". This freshly upgraded duplex resides in an established community (circa 1980's), and is quietly tucked away in a prime location of Mount Pleasant right between Sullivans Island beach (8 min drive) and downtown Charleston (12 min drive). If you're familiar with Charleston, you will have heard of Shem Creek. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic row of bars and restaurants in all of Charleston with a beautiful harbor view; SeaJoy is only 1.5 miles from Shem Creek! This home features granite counter tops, brand new furniture (couch, beds, tables, etc), and WiFi. The backyard has a gas grill, privacy fence, a nice sitting area in the middle, and a pond view.
This home is completely decked out with a full kitchen (plates, cups, cookware), linens, towels, a gas grill outside and everything you need for a fun and comfortable Charleston vacation. This home has a king and queen bed sleeping four people as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa with a 5" memory foam mattress in the living room that can sleep two. Upstairs there is a hallway connecting the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sink and toilet but the bathtub is shared. There is also a half bath downstairs. A convenient combination lock on the door means a very easy check in.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
Parking: There are two parking spots in front of the duplex for use.
