Charming Modern 1950s Mid-Century Ranch.

Enjoy a nostalgic experience at this centrally located home that was built in 1954. My wife and I have furnished it with a touch of modern mid century charm There is ample parking in front of the house and we are across the street from Hy-Vee grocery. Although located on a fairly busy street, the house is in a very safe area! At the opposite end of the house in what was the original garage is my one chair salon called Headlines. It has a separate entrance and please be assured that you will not be disturbed by the business activity. We look forward to your visit!

Cute & comfortable
We had a great stay and enjoyed our visit. We were gone most of the day, but enjoyed coming back to the quiet and comfortable house. We had everything we needed for our visit. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were 3 of us and it was a perfect size for us.

Exceptional Stay in a Perfect Location!
I had an exceptional stay at Kevin Wagler’s VRBO! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable visit. Kevin was incredibly responsive and has been amazing and very accommodating! The location was perfect. I highly recommend this VRBO and I look forward to returning when visiting family here in Mt.
