My experience was poor because 1) the reservation was off - the hotel thought we paid for 1 night even though our hotels.com reservation said we paid for 2. It took a couple hours to get it settled. 2) the room floor was gross - not sure if it was because of the humidity but the tiles section was slippery and slimy and the rug felt sticky. Our feet were filthy. 3) Both nights I was awoken by loud thumps, knocking and footsteps. Good thing the beds were comfortable!
The room was advertised with 2 queen beds however they were double beds which was very uncomfortable for my husband and I. I would’ve booked the King with the pull out couch instead.
Due to a family emergency, we had to bring our pets and stay for 11 days. The staff were courteous and the studio room was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.
Everything g was great until the dog barked while.
The hotel was very nice looking and clean. The room was spotless and appealing. The breakfast was just as good.
The only downside was pets, this hotel allows dogs and they bark at all hours, why who knows. Sadly we won’t be staying at pet friendly hotels anytime soon.
Hampton Inn was clean and located close to restaurants and other family attractions. The only down fall was there weren't any pools for the children to enjoy.
Always a great stay. We wish the pool wasn't under renovation

Easy check in , a lot parking and the staff was friendly. I went to take a shower and noticed multiple hairs in the shower. Not impressed with that and the room was definitely old , stains on the chairs and curtains. I usually prefer to check out via the TV if able or I just call when I’m leaving. I couldn’t do either since there is no phone in the room. There is a QR code for “hotel amenities” and I also could not check out that way either. When I left there was no one at the desk and a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes” so later I had to find the number and call to check out. This area has so many hotels and for 200 a night I’ll be trying a different one next time!
