The hotel is pet friendly and they put the pets on the third floor. I was on the second floor and I listened, for over an hour, a bouncing ball bouncing all over with a dog chasing after it, barking. It wasn’t quiet. I wished the mini fridge had a freezer compartment so I could have re-freeze my cold packs for my cooler. However, the hot breakfast was excellent….one of the best hot breakfast’s I have had

I was a little skeptical to pay 160 for a quick overnight stop but there were only two options and the reviews were so good that I decided to risk it and I didn’t regret it. The hotel was decorated with horse and farm imagery as well as patriotic artwork and it was clear that the owners or management is Christian, there was a Bible open on the table when you walk in but no Quran or payer mat for example. Although they offered free books about Christianity and had mentions of Faith and God and American patriotic themed things all around, it somehow didn’t feel pushy at all and it gave a “visiting someone’s grandparents” vibe in all the best ways rather than a “everyone but us is doomed” vibe. The hotel was super clean and I could tell the management has great attention to detail. Although some things such as the upholstered chairs and carpets were dated, I still sat on the chairs when I ate and didn’t feel icky taking off my shoes because it felt like someone had just removed grandma’s clear plastic cover from it after years. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and since 2020 the standards have gone way down as far as cleanliness in most hotels in the 100-150 dollar range and it was such a relief to not feel like I was going to get bitten by bugs or touch something gross. Being in the industry I could tell that they aren’t skimping on staffing and their team is doing their job, makes me think they are well treated. The breakfast was amazing! husband loved the combine decor.

This hotel is a gem, especially when passing through on your road trip and are looking for a place that truly accommodates your needs 24/7! Cozy beds and clean. Only minor thing that they could improve on is the strong grandma’s perfume scent that heavily coats the hallways. I am not sensitive to scents but it started giving me a headache when I was going in and out from unloading our van. It also smelled for burgers in the room so we sprayed tea tree oil in the air and that dissipate off putting smells. But again this is minor and don’t let that deter you from this gem of a find, maybe they just had a floor clean crew that deodorized the carpet?!

I wish someone had mentioned the noise level of this property in the reviews so I am going to do that and hopefully save someone else a sleepless night. The property is located directly next to the interstate and is very loud with semi truck traffic all night long. The walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbors from every direction. For the cost of the room $164 I would have expected a little better of a place. I will choose to stay elsewhere next time. Probably back in Kennewick or Richland. More competition and far better quality for the price point.

I'd been on the road for days and my was back was done. I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect. No more pain and so relaxing! The staff was wonderful.
