The only thing good about this property is that is has access to the beach. The WiFi DOESNT work, no matter what they tell you. The shower was clogged, the toilet seat had a crack, no control for the tv, the outlets are in weird places.

Quiet, but lacking services
Quiet location with attractive rooms - make sure you get a room on the upper level to avoid hearing people above you. The staff seemed to be at a loss in terms of assisting clients with tourism-related questions. My room was comfortably appointed, but the air conditioning was weak, and incredibly, the kitchenette in my room has an open window which could not be closed. This would not have been such a huge issue had there been a door to the kitchen! As such, my suite was stifling, even with two fans on continuously.

Do not recommend. I was going to give this play a try and room was clean and new. However it is very overpriced. Rooms have no views, service generally poor, no porter, hot water shower/fan/ac/wifi did not work, no water bottles.

Amazing service, but still under construction
We would normally give it a five, but the hotel is still under construction. Once it is completed, the in-pool bar and restaurant will be awesome. Our service was also spectacular. We had cold water problems, and they immediately looked into it and we soon had hot water. Also, after we checked out, one of the people who cleaned the rooms found my wife's smart phone, gave it to the receptionist (Mario), who searched nearby restaurants to eventually find us in order to return the phone. Amazing service.

エアコンの効きも良く、冷蔵庫とシンクもありました。シャワーもお湯が出ました。2日目に停電がありましたが、30分以内には復活しました。 清潔感がありスタッフの人も皆親切で過ごしやすかったです。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel prima e dopo il tour a Tsingy de Beherama purtroppo il soggiorno è stato troppo breve sarebbe stato bello rimanere di più per sfruttare la bella piscina fronte mare. Vicino anche alla città.
