There was no air-conditioning in the front lobby; the air-conditioning cover was off when we got the room; there was black mold under the mattress, in the shower, on the bed frame, and all around the room; there was a horrible odor, which we can only assume was because of the aforementioned; the window have been cracked and duct taped; the sink was cracked; we could not get access to Wi-Fi because there was only a limited amount of access for the whole hotel, and we had to get the front desk to come help us several times. The front desk clerk was actually a very lovely guy so his service was great, but he had actually called on the owner to help and I heard the owner tell him that he could not help even though this poor guy was trying to check in guests while helping to service the rooms. I will never stay at this place ever again and I filed a Report with the Better Business Bureau and sent a letter to the corporate office.
