The Heron House features a private dock to the little Cut River which stems from 4400 Acre all sports lake, Brevort Lake! Take a short walk down Little Cut Lane to find a wooded pathway to Brevort Lake beach access. The Heron House is set in a serene, secluded setting. Sit by the fire and stargaze while listening to the sounds of nature surrounding you. Walking through the main front door to the Heron House, you will find a warm and welcoming living area overlooking the yard & little Cut River,a galley-style chef's kitchen, massive dining, and bathroom #1. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one housing a queen-sized bed, the other a full with a shared full bathroom. Heading into the garage, upstairs a "dorm room" holds a full-size bed, and a twin-size bed with a kitchenette and bathroom #3. Sprinkled throughout the homes, you'll find many fun little features such as vintage books, games, historic relics, and exciting decor that holds a lifetime of stories.
