The room wasn't very clean at all. There was a wet spot on the rug in front of the tv. The biggest concern was the in room telephone - which did not work at all. I did call in through my cell phone, and a tech was sent to our room to try and fix it. He let us know he didnt have the right equipment and would come back - in the interim we had to leave for the basketball game - but noticed he had left his cell phone behind. When we returned he had gone back into our room to retrieve his cell phone - but our in room telephone was STILL not fixed and no one ever returned to address it. This was upsetting not only from a safety standpoint but it left us unable to order room service to our room the next morning... for 500 a night I would have expected WAY more...

The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows, ever, we used our clothes bunched up as pillows and the vent makes a weird squeaking noise along with the fridge. We both had a lousy night sleep.

The room and bed were very clean and very convenient with enough space for everything. The shower was wonderful with great water pressure. The coffee shop in the building had great service but the pastries didn't seem as good at the last time.
