"I left my wedding ring and didn’t realize it until a few hours after the fact. Words can’t express my relief upon calling that they had my ring in a safe place waiting for me to pick it up. Huge shoutout to Brooke and We do for their honesty and good natured attitudes upon picking it up. The honest staff gives this place a five star review despite the current construction. "Spent the night at the Rathbone for a couple's weekend and we were very pleased. The contactless entry process, code, etc. was well communicated. We were able to check in, and come and go, without hassle or interruption. The building has been excellently remodeled/updated and was immaculately clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable with many nice touches. The walk in rainforest shower was super great! The restaurant bar downstairs was super inviting and cozy. Montrose is just small enough that everything is close. Parking wasn't an issue easy to find. Wonderful stay overall and we'd stay again. Thanks! "

"The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were right next to a busy street so I was worried about noise but didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. Unfortunately in the winter months the office doesn’t open until 8 am so we went elsewhere for coffee and breakfast."
