The house is ideally suited for one or two couples, comprising of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with WIFI, satellite TV and a Blue Ray DVD player.
Well behaved, pets are welcome.
The former loft has been renovated giving plenty of room for each bedroom. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, hand basin, toilet and electric heater.
Each bedroom will be furnished for your stay with a towelling robe, bed linen and towels.
A sofa-bed is situated in the living area, which can accommodate 2 extra guests.
Close to the open plan kitchen, there is a dining and sitting area.
Montreuil Bellay has several restaurants all within walking distance, some of which have a wonderful view of the chateau.
The terraced garden is south facing, overlooks the Chateau, and is provided with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
The house has been lovingly restored to an exceptionally high standard using soft, muted shades, which capture a French ambiance.
Our house has many amenities within walking distance, including a Boulangerie, a large supermarket, a market every Tuesday.
Montreuil Bellay houses shops, an open air swimming pool, canoes to hire to take a trip down the river, or if you prefer, a visit to the Château.
An excellent entertainment park, the Puy du Fou is highly recommended. The park has been noted in the US as the "worlds best park" with many different attractions, not to be missed. 75kms from Montreuil Bellay - just over an hours travel.
